Styling My Arch Cabinet for Fall: Cozy Layers, Pumpkins & Collected Charm
As soon as September arrives, I find myself reaching for my favorite cozy textures, warm tones, and of course, my beloved Pottery Barn pumpkins. There’s just something about the shift in seasons that makes me want to slow down and savor every corner of my home, starting with one of my favorite focal points: my arched cabinet.
This year, I’ve had so much fun styling this space to reflect the warmth of fall. From layered textures to collected vintage finds, here’s a look at how I transformed my cabinet into a cozy fall display of my favorite things.
Books are my go-to styling secret. I love using neutral colored books to ground my displays. I also added a glass cloche a favorite decor item that brings instant charm. Inside, I tucked in a single mini pumpkin. It’s such a simple way to highlight one beautiful object and draw the eye.
At the base of my cabinet, I added two woven baskets. Not only do they balance the visual weight of the top shelves, but they’re also incredibly functional for organizing and tucking things away.
Styling Tips Recap:
Mix heights using stacked books and risers
Stick to a warm, neutral fall palette
Layer in personal items for meaning and story
Use odd numbers for visual balance
Don’t forget cozy textures like velvet, linen, and wicker
